We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on faulty merchandise. If you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 7 days so that we can arrange to have the goods replaced or your money refunded for the item costs & shipping. For any other returns and cancellations, there is a 15% restocking and order processing fee due to high shipping costs and inventory management. In this instance, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return postage. Items must be returned in their original packaging and you need to obtain an Return Authority note from us. A return or exchange will be issued when the original product is received by us.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a correct and completed address. In an instance where the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we reserve the right to charge $10 return shipping fee plus a second redelivery postage charge as both fees will be required by Australia Post and Courier Company. Any cancellations which are the result of incorrect shipping address provided will be subjected to 15% restocking fees and $10 return delivery fee.
