- We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on faulty merchandise. If you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 30 days so that we can arrange to have the goods replaced or your money refunded for the item costs & shipping.
- For change of mind returns, we will provide you with a refund or a store credit within the 30 days of delivery for an unused product in a sealed original packaging. The refund does not include delivery costs and the customer is responsible for a return postage. A refund or a store credit will be issued when the original product is received by us. Please contact us prior to returning the item back to us by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please note that the sale of all clearance items are final and we are unable to accept returns on all clearance items.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a correct and completed address. In an instance where the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge $10 return shipping fee and a redelivery postage charge as both fees are required by Australia Post and courier companies. Any cancellations which are the result of incorrect shipping address provided may be subjected to 15% restocking fees and $10 return delivery fee.
